Is this plant ready, or not yet?
CA$130 per hour. Written call.
IFS.ai means Copilot and Digital Worker readiness on this environment. It does not mean we code faster. The sprint decides whether copilots and named Digital Workers should run against real shop-floor and order workflows here.
The deliverable is a go, no-go, or not-yet decision, with the master-data and process conditions that make that call defensible. You leave with a written brief the sponsor can act on. You do not leave with an Agent Studio stand-up or a Nexus Black delivery.
Three Digital Workers. This plant. This data.
Customer Order Manager
Whether order exceptions, holds, and routine order work are clean enough for a Digital Worker to touch without creating a second exception queue.
Inventory Replenisher
Whether inventory accuracy, planning parameters, and replenishment rules would let a Digital Worker replenish without hiding stock-position problems.
Material Replenisher
Whether material master data and shop-floor consumption are trustworthy enough for automated material moves on this site.
What the engagement covers
Two to three weeks. One plant. Written go, no-go, or not-yet.
- Current-state scan of Copilot, workflow, and order or inventory surfaces in use
- Master-data readiness for the three named Digital Workers
- Go, no-go, or not-yet recommendation with the conditions that would change the call
- What belongs in native BPA first, and what should wait for a Digital Worker
- Written brief for the executive sponsor and a one-hour readout
- Explicit out of scope: Agent Studio stand-up, Nexus Black delivery, IFS Zero delivery
Most readiness work starts with a 30-minute call.
Bring the plant, the IFS Cloud release, and the workflow you want a Digital Worker to touch. We will say whether the sprint fits.
