A short written summary of where IFS is quietly costing the business — reporting drift, workflow friction, upgrade risk, or a specific technical problem. Detail helps, but is not required to begin.

Fit review

The principal reads every submission personally, typically within one business day. If the situation is a fit for the practice, a discovery call is proposed. If not, the reply includes a candid referral.

Thirty-minute discovery call

A working conversation, not a pitch. Enough context is exchanged for both sides to know whether an engagement makes sense — and if so, which one.

Written scope. Flat CA$150 per hour.

Every engagement is documented before it begins: scope of work, deliverable, and estimated hours. Consulting is billed at a flat CA$150 per hour.

A Note on Fit

The practice serves North American manufacturers running IFS Cloud or IFS Applications. Engagements that require greenfield implementation, bench staffing, or multi-country transformation are declined and referred to firms built for that work.
